Author: comp.JPP • Source: Journal of Laws, Ministry of Health • 07 August 2022 21:10The Regulation of the Minister of Health on changes to the lists of drugs that can be purchased outside the pharmacy was published in the Journal of Laws.The amendment provides for several important changes.On August 5, an ordinance of the minister of health was published in the Journal of Laws on the list of active substances included in medicinal products that may be admitted to trading in non-pharmacy outlets and pharmacy outlets, and on the criteria for classifying these products to individual lists.- The purpose of the proposed regulation is both to update the lists of active substances included in medicinal products that may be admitted to trading in non-pharmacy outlets and pharmacy outlets, together with the criteria for classifying these products to individual lists by supplementing these lists with substances rightly indicated by the public, in the removal of individual substances from these lists to a lesser extent, as well as the editorial refinement of the draft in a few cases of the originally imprecise Latin names of the constituent substances of medicinal products, argues the Ministry of Health.The regulation introduces the following changes:- The regulation is expected to enter into force on the day following its promulgation.which is supported by an important social interest, i.e. improving legal security by correcting the Latin names already listed in the tables of individual annexes of substances and the need to provide patients with access to medicinal products containing added active substances also in non-pharmacy outlets and pharmacy outlets - we read in the draft.Material protected by copyright - the rules for reprints are specified in the regulations.
