•Jackson, Mississippi’s Cathead Distillery has released three new editions of Bristow Barrel Aged Reserve gin, at three different age statements. All three start as Cathead’s standard Bristow gin, made with 11 botanicals including juniper, licorice root, lemon verbena, sweet orange peel, and bitter orange extract, among others. The new releases are all at 56.5% abv and were selected from barrels aged one, four, and seven years. All three variants are available in select retailers in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
